Amazing. I think it should be like this everyday. someone was telling me that its impossible to negotiate on one month deposit. I don't believe that. I've never paid more than one month deposit. If your rent is lower than 10000 rmb a month, there really is no reason that you can't negotiate one month deposit.

Why would you want only one month? Well duh, to protect yourself because most landlords are bitches and assholes. If something goes wrong with the place you can just forgo paying next months rent. That way when you move you're really not losing any money. However, if you have two months rent that usually doesn't work because if one month goes by, the landlord will usually notice before the end of the month that the rent isn't paid and confiscate the second months rent. Anyway, I don't understand why people don't think a little bit more to protect themselves. This is china, there are no rules.

I've decided to post about all the disgusting things I see on the subway. And oh, how disgusting they so are.  I can only tolerate around 5% of the people that take the subway here. They are the foreigners, who also seemingly hate these 95%, and the other quiet chnse people who also look around in annoyance at their disgusting countrymen.

The horribly mannered and low class poor excuses for homo sapiens are always doing one of these things. 1) picking their nose 2) rolling their boogers around their fingers 3) wiping their boogers on seats, poles, walls, and anything they can get their disgusting grubby fingers on.  The sick bastards. Besides that, they may also be 4) eating greasy smelly foods when signs clearly prohibit food 5) dumping their litter and trash on the floors or seats 6) speaking loudly on their phone 7) speaking loudly to each other 8) stinking up the train because they don't use deodorant or shower, or both.

They are disgusting disgusting non qualified homo sapians, which I think would be more correctly classified as the missing link, thus linking together forever and proving that humans evolved from monkeys.

Revolting Revelation: Michael Jackson Still Not Allowed Burial
 
 
 
It's been more than a month since Michael Jackson's demise and still
no burial, cremation, resting place, or any manifestation of the pop
psyche term "closure" for this fallen King of Pop.
 
What is unequivocally true is that the news media has continued their
relentless, wretched assault against Jackson's very quintessence with
villainous coverage of all that is grotesque, repulsive and vile, with
barely a fact to back up all the rancorous chatter.
 
The latest so-called "news" is that a Los Angeles coroner has
temporary custody of his brain, endless rumors incessantly about drugs
he might have taken prescribed by a long list of doctors now under
investigation, the sad condition of his body, lawsuits already
impending in the multiple millions, impending custody battles and the
long-awaited results of toxicology reports given as the reason for
allowing Jackson's body to remain in spiritual rigor.
 
His family claims they do not even know where his body is. Everyone
knows this is not true.
 
There are rumors that biological mother Debbie Rowe may fight for
custody or may simply want more money.
 
Brother Jermaine Jackson says that Michael wanted to be buried at
Neverland Ranch, but his mother Kathryn said she doesn't want him
there, not even his ashes.
 
Father Joe Jackson seems to be enjoying the limelight and touted his
own record company just a few days after his son's death at the Black
Entertainment Awards.
 
But throughout all of this picayune, malevolent and venomous cacophony
of malicious and largely unfounded reports, Michael is still not
allowed to rest in peace, just as he was never allowed to live a
peaceful life.
 
He was a human being.
 
He was a man, a father, a son, a friend, and a phenomenal unreal star
brighter than anyone could understand or comprehend.
 
He was the tabloid favorite in later years, as the press, with
picayune joy, called him "Wacko Jacko" and a child molester before he
had his day in court, but people seemed to forget that he was a human
being. I think he finally forgot as well.
 
Jackson told many that he never wanted to be buried at Neverland
Ranch, because of the pain he experienced during his trial and after
his more carefree Peter Pan days seemed never to be a reality again.
He was stricken with deep depression even since the trial ultimately
found him not guilty, and yet he felt forever ruined and soiled.
 
Just a few positive facts about Jackson in case his success has now
been forever shrouded in the obscene ...
 
Five of Jackson's solo albums -- Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad,
Dangerous and HIStory, are among the top-sellers of all time. His 1982
album Thriller remains the best selling album of all time. During his
career, Jackson sold an estimated 750 million records worldwide.
 
Jackson is featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for
achievements including the "Most Successful Entertainer of All Time"
with 13 Grammy Awards, 13 number one singles, and estimated sales of
over 750 million records.
 
He was also known for being a philanthropist and humanitarian who
donated millions of dollars to a record 39 charities, plus what he
raised with his 'Heal the World Foundation.'
 
He was a 50-year-old man who lived as a child in adulthood because he
was forced to live as an adult in childhood and he suffered physical
and emotional pain and torment.
 
Most of us experience deep, deep sorrow and all kinds of suffering on
many levels. But Michael had to endure his pain in the limelight that
was often sour, mean, unsympathetic and merciless.
 
Apparently, he was beyond help for his suffering. According to
numerous medical records, he had been taking a lot of prescription
drugs given my unethical doctors for many, many years, and even drugs
usually only legally if administered in a hospital setting.
 
Yes he was famous, infamous and seemed surreal and even immortal at times.
 
Yes, he supposedly paid a personal doctor who is named in a criminal
investigation some $150,000.
 
Yes, we aren't sure if his children are his biologically.
 
Yes, he changed from a beautiful child with a bright smile and
innocent eyes and eventually gave us all a vision of plastic surgery
we never wanted to see or be privy to.
 
Yes, as a young child he had a voice that Barry Gordy, Founder of
Motown Records said belonged to a forty year-old man. Smoky Robinson
commented that he sang as a very young child as if he understood the
blues as if he truly had lived it.
 
He had lived it.
 
Jackson told many interviewers on film and tape that had been beaten
by his father and how he used to cry when he was forced for hours on
end to rehearse while he watched children from the studio window play
freely on the playground.
 
His childhood seemed like a prison, as did his adulthood.
 
Like many who suffer in childhood, unconditional love and acceptance
is what he yearned for his short 50 years.
 
Now his beautiful children, who clearly loved their father, will be in
the continual sadistic crossfire of his paparazzi-tortured life,
fought for in the courts. It will all be about money.
 
Now his soul, just as when he was alive, floats about aimlessly while
his body decays and is still not allowed death without despair and a
brigade of ugliness preventing him to finally rest in peace.
 
The media has become the scourge of the earth. As a journalist, I am
embarrassed about the horrid lengths that newspapers, television and
the Web will go to out-rancor the other, not caring at all about
gossiping about ant rumor or untruth and only about ratings and
sensationalism.
 
Now I simply call myself a writer, not a journalist. Ironically, the
greatest TV journalist in history just passed away, the great, ethical
gentleman Walter Cronkite.
 
Never in our history have we had such a pop icon live such an
incredibly strange and fascinating public and private life -- in both
life and in death -- never.
 
Soon there will supposedly be a press conference officially announcing
the cause of Michael's death. But don't be surprised if he remains a
strange otherworldly ghost, not allowed a burial because of more
penurious excuses.
 
Now in death, this fallen idol like some character in a modernized,
twisted Shakespearean tragedy, while loved by perhaps billions of fans
all over the world, more than a month after his death, he is not given
a burial sight or resting place by his family's choice.
 
Shame on the media, shame on vile so-called reporters, editors and
producers, and shame on some of his family members for giving the
press more of what it craves, allowing Michael to continue to be
portrayed as an oddity, monster, freak and ghoulish character
undeserved of a proper burial ...
 
No human being deserves such abuse and torment, before or after death.
 
Allow his soul to be freed from the anguish and torment now.
 
I am thoroughly repelled and ashamed for what our culture has become.
 
So should we all.

I'd have to argue that some of the best game music came from the Final Fantasy Series.

I'd like to learn the waltz again. I took classes during college but since then I haven't had a chance to really pursue this hobby.
Once you get older you can't keep going to hip hop clubs, you know?

I'm a big fan of "Waltz for the Moon" from Final Fantasy VIII.

I think I'm just a sap for long long RPGs with a romantic center.  Most of my favorite games all have this in their storyline. Let's see.  My favorite games to date are (not in any particular order)

Zelda
Secret of Mana
Final Fantasy Series (all except for X-2, and I only liked the secret ending of X-2 because Tidas comes back).
I have to say I really loved Final Fantasy 7,8,10.  LOVED.  Meaning I downloaded all the cinematic cut scenes and edited them to make little music videos. hahahah.

Saga Frontier (not as romantic.. but still <3)
Crisis Core


I think that's a good enough list because if you're a fan of the Final Fantasy series each game takes about 100 hours for me.  I've spent 110 hours on Final Fantasy 12 and I STILL haven't finished it.  Sigh.  It won't play on my ps3 now because either 1) the disk is bad 2) US game + Japanese region machine just stopped working after an update.  Weaksauce.

But I still have 110 hours on that and probably another 5 hours to go till I finish it. I'm SO SO close.

I don't know why I'm always attracted to tragic heroes. I think it's because I like to see them beat adversity and overcome near impossible obstacles. Perhaps I relate to those situations.  :(

Anyways, I really love the Waltz.  And I really love "Waltz to the Moon" from Final Fantasy VIII.  y(^_^)y

I can’t believe people like Peter King are posting youtube videos about how they think Michael Jackson is *still* a child molester.  He was not found guilty, by 12 out of 12 jurors.  What does that have to say for itself?  People are spouting shit out of their mouths without even knowing his story.  He had a tough life growing up.  People need to watch the interviews, yes even that horrible interview with that bastard Martin Bashir who used him and exploited him, and edited his interview to make him seem weird and pedophilic.  And people need to watch his rebuttal interview, where it shows how Martin Bashir, when he thought the cameras were off, completely contradicted his own comments.   The main point is how Michael answered those sensitive questions.  Can people not see how traumatized he is from his childhood? The man cried on TV after mentioning his father.  How can you people ignore this?

I am quite upset about his death because he suffered ridicule and judging from everyone for so long.  He had a tragic, tragic life growing up the way he did, and he was very psychologically traumatized by all that he went through. Can anyone blame him for being a little warped as an adult trying to get his childhood back? His father beat him up with iron pipes and leather belts and forced him to be a money generating machine ever since the age of 5. He wanted to just be a normal kid but couldn't and lived in constant fear of his father. Additionally, to teach him a lesson about leaving his windows open at night, his father dressed up in a scary mask and pretended to kidnap him, which lead to nightmares for years after that. How insane is it to experience that as a child?  How would you feel?

He was a shy kid, when people made fun of his large nose and acne he would go cry alone in his room. When his 1st girlfriend (Tatum O’Neal) wanted to have sex with him he was so scared he covered his face with his hands on the bed. Why can't people just see that he's a timid individual with a traumatized past? His father making fun of his appearance saying "You didn't get it from MY side of the family," lead to him changing his face when he got older. He even recalls at 40 when a fan looked at him and was disgusted by his acne during his teen years, which made him so sad and upset.  He takes things personally and beats himself up for it, it’s all because his father gave him a complex about his appearance when he was a child. 

Sure, he's a little disturbed and he tries to stay a kid to get back the childhood that he lost in a very unconventional manner. He's naive and too trusting, and people use that to their advantage to extort money out of him. All those lawsuits against him -- if those parents were really upset their child was molested wouldn't they want to see him behind bars instead of settling for money? If I was a parent with a traumatized kid the LAST thing I would want is to be paid off. What's the real motivation here? Additionally, those families that accused him kept changing their stories. First it was that Michael molested their child 5 times.  Then it was around 7 times. Then it was 2 times. Come on.  How can anyone believe this BS? If your child was molested you would forget how many times?
 
He was a very misunderstood individual who had a very strange life - and didn't have the parents to protect him from it. He knows how painful it is to not have love as a child which is why he wants to make sure many kids are happy, and he also wants to join them so he can make up in some way what he never got to experience as a child. That might be a messed up mentality to some but can everyone just put themselves in his shoes and try to imagine what it's like growing up the way he did, with an abusive parent, and in the spotlight where people constantly made fun of his appearance?

All those harsh comments in the media about people saying, "He's a pedophile! Who cares! He's dead!!" are from people who never bothered to put themselves in his shoes and just think for a moment about what he had to grow up with. He was not charged as a child molester, and the jury found him innocent.  He felt he was a brother to those children who slept over at his house. I've slept with my camp counselors in the same room, maybe the same bed when I wanted to. They were like older sisters to me.  Should they be considered molesters too?

People took advantage of his naivety and added more psychological damage to what was there.  All he had to offer was his great music and great entertainment, but people couldn’t see the good in him and wanted to see the worst, which was a total fabricated lie from money hungry, greedy opportunistic parents. I am sad for him, and what he had to go through.


Now that he’s passed, people are still giving him shit, which is totally uncalled for. He was a humanitarian that is in the Guiness Book of World records for how much he gave and how many songs he wrote about poverty. He was the first to get so many stars together for a song to raise awareness about poverty in Africa.  I can't believe people are still judging him. It makes me sad for the world, at how cruel these people are. We lost one of the last best entertainers out there. His family lost a brother, and his children lost a father. He's dead, people. I hope that when all these people die, people remember all the “ugly” things in their lives as well.  How un-respectful can you be.  How cold hearted and merciless is our society.  Really.

So imagine this.  You were abused as a child, you could never go to school, have a best friend, play softball games, go to the prom, or walk aimlessly in a crowd. Everywhere you went you were photographed or gossiped about.  You are lonely, and you just want to have friends, but people think you’re a freak. You made friends with some kids, even gave money to help out a few with cancer and they come back and sue you for being a child molester.  Then you trust a journalist to film a documentary to show the world the truth and he cuts and pastes it to make you sound like a criminal.   And your personality is one that takes things seriously, and you beat yourself up for it, and you have suffered the judgment and wrath of your father your entire life and now the whole world is against you.  How do you feel then?  Michael Jackson or not, any child who has endured this type of life style would not be completely normal.   You should be able to understand why you would want to go through plastic surgery to change your ridiculed appearance, and why you want to be around kids, because kids don’t judge you. They are accepting and just want to have fun and be around you.  You’re not a freak when you’re with them. If this person was anyone other than a man worth over a billion dollars – would people be as cruel then?  

I really didn’t expect to write so much about this but I feel our world is just so evil sometimes.  The evil energies of these people who keep going on and on and accusing others and fabricating nasty stories just because they are jealous of the attention really need to step back learn how to feel some sympathy. If we could all try to understand each other before making accusations the world would be a much better place.

Lastly, I just want to say that there is no one else that can replace him in the world.  The influence he had on everyone, globally, is boundless.  He is a timeless legend that will always be remembered.  If you are one of those that continue to judge him in death, then shame on you. I hope you and your children never experience what he had to go through.  And if you do, I hope people refuse you the benefit of the doubt, so you learn the hard way about sympathy and more importantly.... empathy.

I'm not one to judge this.

However.

I think guys get a lot of breaks, especially with women.  Guys will choose women that take care of them, though they're not the best choice.  They'll choose what they feel comfortable with... that the girl will be submissive and take care of him, and cook, and clean... just be there when he needs it. For whatever he needs.

If most guys feel this way, what about women?  We need to be taken care of too.  How come they get to have the best of everything, when we can't just find a guy who will take care of us without feeling insecure about it?  I'm so annoyed.

That is what this place is.   Everything has to be built, demolished, then built again.  In a few years, it's demolished.  The cycle repeats itself over and over and the dust is appalling. I wonder how much dust is in my lungs? Today wasn't a very good morning because I got woken up to the sound of a crane crashing into a building.  They're building the subway on the road next to my apartment, and there happens to be a building in their way. So, they made all the people move out, and then of course, started demolishing it. I'm going to have to move soon.  Maybe in 3 months or so..... I don't think I'd be so pissed if it was not for the fact that these problems are the #1 and #2 annoyances of my life here.  1) insane remodeling at unforgivable hours in the mornings and on weekends and 2) the dust and pollution that all this construction causes. 

I have lived here for a long time... almost a decade. A few years shy, but more than your 5-6 years already.  I think I've learned a lot here but I think I may have learned some better things elsewhere. You can't go back on your choices in life so the best thing you can do is make the most of it.  So, that's what I've committed myself to do.  Soon, I think I will be able to find what I've been looking for, at least I'll be on the path that I have been planning for so many years.  ugh... it took soooo long.......

I think what I really need is a refresher and a vacation.  Somethings getting to me these days. I think it's because I don't get enough sleep from all the construction outside.  Hopefully the housing agent will get back to me today on some properties I can look at.

I went to Seoul, Korea once, and visited a friend.  He took me to some Korean restaurant that grilled some pretty weird things.

Friend: This next dish is a delicacy.
Me: What is it?
Friend: Not telling.
Me: Tell me.
Friend: Eat it first.
[asks Waitress in English]
Me: What's that?
Waitress: ?
Friend: She doesn't speak English.
Me: But her Korean sounds broken.
Friend: Yeah, shes Chinese.
Me: What's that? [In Chinese].
Waitress: Ox liver. [In Chinese].
Me: I'm not eating OX LIVER.
Friend: Damn.

So, I'm a big World of Warcraft player.  I especially love PVP.  It's Player vs. Player.
There's nothing more satisfying than pwning an opponent, and then laughing at him to piss him off.

Vindictive? Perhaps.  Enjoyable? Immensely.

I like to hide around this high cliff area called Lumber Mill.  I also have a spell called Mind Control.  When they get near enough and I see them running towards me to attack, I mind control them and turn them towards the cliff. Then they fall and I LOL @ JOO.

I have a nice little flag that I can also stab them with, after they die.  Thumbs down, FTW.
